Check-in was easy, staff helpful. Breakfast options were great with a clean setup. Rooms were spacious and maintenance responded swiftly when issues arose.

Room maintenance needs attention. We experienced issues with amenities. Some noise disruptions.

I appreciated the hotel, it was spotlessly clean with very professional staff from the excellent manager. The location was quiet and easy for exploring this perfect area, just next door to pool, business center for printing and restaurants and a supermarket across the road and different areas. Also, Lake Simcoe was 1 mile away.

Everything was great at this hip new hotel. Nothing too much trouble, really, had a quite comfortable stay during our visit.

Consider asking for extra pillows at check-in for added comfort during your stay.

The king room was huge, quiet, and super clean. Breakfast was solid and kept me full for hours. The staff was excellent, especially autumn, lucas, and mark, who were very helpful.

My stay was good, loved family vibes!

The hotel's position was perfect, near to hot tube, Barrie, and restaurants. I have stayed in family room with 2 Queen beds, couch, as for instance for 1 night. All the staff was efficient, solved my issues.

Great stay on our road trip. Very attentive and courteous staff. Pleasant, heated whirlpool and saltwater pool. . The breakfast is super rich for Canadian/American standards!

So enjoyable. The room was super clean and well-prepared. The breakfast options were somewhat repetitive during the two days we stayed, which could be improved.

The complimentary breakfast had surprising variety like fresh croissants and organic juices. The only downside was that getting an extra blanket was a bit hard 😊

Clean and price

One complaint. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on all the time. It could not be shut off. The lightwent off and on at the switch but the fan did not. I called down to complain and nothing could be done due to the time of the night and the fact the hotel was completely full and no extra room were available. We had a terrible nights sleep. We had a Mountain Bike race to compete in the morning and did not peform well at all because of that dam fan!!
